They worked very hard to locate our very deep sprinkler solenoids that were broken. Worked all day to find and repair and cleaned up after all the digging. A big shout out to Mike and Victor who did the job!

Michael from Genesis was the only one from three different companies to solve my irrigation system failure issue after 3 months without it being solved by others. He is a great problem solver if you have a challenging irrigation issue that no one else could solve. Thank you Michael. I plan to ask for you by name next time.

Victor did an awesome job fixing my sprinkler. A spray head came off the flex underground and created a large hole, probably due to poor installation originally. Victor dug it up and used a better glue and did the landscaping so it looked like no work had even took place there. I’m very pleased with the result and would recommend Genesis Sprinklers & Water Management and Victor to do any work.

It’s tough when your LANDSCAPER tells you that your lawn is not looking very green. We are able to check our timer and it wasn’t turning the system on. Searched on BBB and saw good reviews for Genesis Sprinklers and Water Management. Their technician Juan came out and inspected our system and found that our rain sensor had been trashed by the company that had installed a new roof, so our system thought it was raining full time and that the grass didn’t need watering…. even though it desperately did. A quick installation of a new wireless rain sensor and now everything is back in order again. Can’t say enough for Juan as he communicated with us via text and closed everything up as we weren’t home and now we are good to go. Big thumbs up to Genesis Sprinklers and Water Management !!

I scheduled a tuneup and within 24 hours I received an email and text confirmation from Genesis Sprinklers and Water management with my scheduled technician time. Juan called 1 hour before the scheduled two hour window to advise he was in the area and could come earlier only if it was convenient for me. I was able to get home a little earlier than expected. Juan and Tave Jnr conducted an analysis of my entire sprinkler system. The tuneup by Juan included a clean out of existing sprinkler heads, finding buried heads and replacing broken rotators and sprinkler heads. After the job was completed, Juan walked the property with me while discussing and demonstrating what was done. Juan also adjusted rotators and sprinkler heads as we went along. Juan was exceptional at his job and worked in the dark to adjust sprayers and answer all of my many questions. Juan also re programmed my rain bird system. My sprinkler system has never worked better. Juan was extremely polite and professional while being exceptional at his job. 5 stars! Thanks so much Juan!

We had an issue with one of our sprinkler zones not working with obvious pressure issues we couldn't resolve on our own, and fortunately my husband saw the Genesis truck at Lowe's and talked to Tave. We scheduled with them for a review of our lawn. Not only did they figure out the issue within 10 minutes, they found 2 leaks in the system costing us a lot on our water bill, found an issue in the electrical box, and also replaced many of the heads to more appropriate ones for better coverage and lower water usage. They have clear communication, are very personable, are responsive and fairly priced. I highly recommend this company!

We had work done in our backyard and they messed up our sprinkler system. They unsuccessfully ‘tried’ to fix two leaks they caused. We had to get another company to fix the leaks. He told us all our sprinkler heads had to be replaced. We then contacted Genesis. We still had a leak in the yard. John checked the entire sprinkler system. He fixed the leak that wasn’t repaired correctly. John was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fast. And the charge was exactly what they quoted me. I wish we found Genesis before the other company. They were very expensive. He said our system was fine. He made a few adjustments and that’s all we needed. I waited a couple of weeks to write this review. The system is covering the entire yard perfectly. We will have John, Genesis, return for routine tuneups, if any heads are broken or any issues. We have had a few companies but John was by far the best. We are very thankful we discovered Genesis.

We had Genesis come and review the mess we had as an irrigation system, which was over 20 years old. Jon fixed the leaks that was causing no water pressure and then came up with some excellent ideas for fixing and upgrading the coverage.
