Service Packages
SERVICE CALL:
Purpose:
To repair a deficiency identified by the client without regard to the entire system
Frequency:
As needed as determined by the client
Cost:
$85.00 for irrigation service call; $150.00 for pump service call
Covers:
The service call covers the costs associated with getting a qualified technician to the site as well as the first 15 minutes of diagnosis to determine solutions and costs for the client.
TUNE UP:
Purpose:
To reset the sprinkler system to a place where the water is being correctly applied for the need of the landscape without being wasteful or cost prohibitive
Frequency:
On call per client’s schedule (recommended quarterly)
Cost:
$100.00 for the first four zones; $20.00 each for additional zones; published flat rate for any needed repairs (all pricing include materials, labor, and two-year warranty)
Covers:
Technician activates and visually inspects every zone adjusting coverage and flows as needed using existing nozzles and heads to restore coverage to original design intent where possible. Technician will replace up to five (5) nozzles as part of the Tune Up and will place flags at each identified deficiency (any condition that reduces the overall efficiency of the system; this may include breaks, heads too low or tilted, clogged or inappropriate nozzles, heads in the wrong place, etc.) Technician will program the system controller using cycle/soak and best practices for water uptake and conservation. Technician will walk all recommendations with the client and provide education as to the reasoning for each flag as well as the associated costs and benefits. Technician will effect any/all authorized repairs and/or upgrades and will walk the results with the client for final approval.
QUARTERLY CARE:
Purpose:

PREMIER PARTNERSHIP:
Purpose:
To protect the client against unexpected damages after each valve extending to each sprinkler head; to reset the sprinkler system to a place where the water is being correctly applied for the need of the landscape without being wasteful or cost prohibitive;
Frequency:
Quarterly Care Service* is performed quarterly at no additional cost; emergency visits between scheduled visits will be billed a service fee of $50.00 plus any uncovered damages to the mainline, wire, or controller. Any other repairs to the sprinkler system (not the point of connection/water source) are made at no additional cost to the client.
Cost:
(1-10 zones) $89.00 per month billed automatically
(10+ zones) $99.00 per month billed automatically
Covers:
Quarterly Care as described below* performed on schedule
Premier Partnership extends and enhances a typical installation warranty to cover any
damages to the following:
- All irrigation control valves 1” and smaller regardless of manufacturer or age
- All lateral PVC lines (zone lines after the valves) including impact damages
- All sprinkler heads including impact damages
- All drip and low-volume including impact damages
